But we know that your life is about more than work. Whether it’s flexibility to pick the kids up on time, or helping you get ahead through study, Wiley is committed to supporting what’s important to you.

Some of our initiatives include:

  • Commitment to diversity, including active NAWIC membership and our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers for all Australian-based employees
  • Study support for formal and informal training
  • Formal cadet program to help undergraduates accelerate their career
  • Flexible work

These initiatives are in addition to a competitive salary package, salary continuance insurance, laptop, free BBQs and plenty of events (charity bike rides, Bridge 2 Brisbane, mid-year, award ceremonies…).
